1 Double Room, 1 Twin Room.

The cottage is in a superb position overlooking the Falls of Dochart within five minutes walking distance of the local shops, hotels and restaurants. The traditional property provides on
Ground Floor: Lounge, Dining/Sitting Room, Kitchen, Shower Room, Garden Room.
Upstairs: one Double Bedroom, one bedroom with two Single Beds. Sofa-bed in the lounge. (Single Z-bed is also available).

Parking and Private Garden. Electric Storage Heaters, Colour TV/Video, Radio/CD, Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge,Slow Cooker, Automatic Washing Machine, Hairdryer, Outdoor Drying Facilities, Garden Furniture.

A popular tourist area Killin is renowned for its scenic beauty in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and offering peace and tranquillity lying as it does at the head of Loch Tay and within easy distance of TheTrossachs,LochLomond, LochTummel, Pitlochry, Kenmore and many more wonderful destinations like Oban on the west coast Glencoe and Fort William.

Killin has a nine hole Golf course/Bowling green, fishing on the Dochart or Loch Tay and the choice of walks like a riverside stroll/ woodland walk/ The Rob Roy Way or climbing a mountain. For cyclists there is a cycle path from the village leading to Glen Ogle and Balquhidder.

Water has turned the wheels of the Mill by the Falls of Dochart for many years. St Fillan was the first to build a mill on this spot.You can find out more about him and the mysterious legends that surround him at The Breadalbane Folklore Centre based at the Mill.

Price (weekly) £250 - £400.
Deposit (1/3 of total booking fee) the balance to be paid 6 weeks before commencement date.
Bed Linen and Heating included in the price.
Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
Towels/Tea towels are available on request £5.00 per person/ per week.
