It is only yards from the shops and walking distance to the Falls of Dochart and Breadalbane Folklore Centre. Ideal for hill walking, mountain biking, touring or simply relaxing.

Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower & bath, Sitting room & Kitchen.

Electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, each room has an electric heater, water heated by immersion heater.

Cutlery, crockery, utensils, Colour Television provided.

Private off street parking.

Beds are equipped with duvets, pillows and bed linen.

Electricity supplied by £1 coin meter payable by yourself.

Entry from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Please vacate flat by 10.30 am on day of departure.

ABOUT KILLIN
Killin is a small village situated in Central Scotland which makes it an excellent touring base e.g. Glencoe, Pitlochry, Stirling and the Trossachs, Inveraray and Oban which all are approximately an hour’s drive. It also has a 9 hole golf course, Bowling Green, tennis court, newly opened cycle track and hill walking, especially Ben Lawers only a short 5 min drive from the Village. There is a wide choice of hotels and restaurant facilities and also a laundry and launderette. The Tourist Information situated in the Breadablane Centre has information on all aspects of touring, entertainment and dining.
